Returns and refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:
Eligibility for Returns:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in unopened packaging.
- Returns are also accepted for faulty or damaged items.
How to Request a Return:
- Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item showing its condition
We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.
Return Shipping:
- For non-faulty items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- For incorrect or faulty items, we cover the return shipping.
Luminary Lines takes no responsibility for items damaged during transport.
Refunds & Store Credit:
- If the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, we’ll issue store credit once the item is received and approved.
Note: Returns won’t be accepted if items are opened, used, or not in original condition— unless the item is faulty.
